Spiritual Food Symposium

Through insight, experience, and wisdom one will be supported in maintaining health, harmony and balance of body mind and spirit. 

The Symposiums will be held on the third Thursday of every month, from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. at Accepted As I Am, and will begin in October.

October begins our journey through the body's energy systems starting with the root chakra.  You are welcome to join at any month.  Every month each facilitator brings her own unique flavor to the experience.

We hold in our awareness at each Spiritual Food Symposium that through our aligning and grounding with our essential selves we become an embodied supporter of our Mother Earth. A nutritionally healing plant based sample will be served at each symposium.

Foods that help nourish and support your root chakra to enhance greater security and grounding. 

Diane Stankiewicz: 25 years of training and teaching in yogic sciences, detox programs, colon hydrotherapy and nutritional healing through plant based raw vegan diets. 

Root chakra meditation, practical grounding techniques for daily use, supporting your connection with Mother Earth.

Mary Dixon: experienced intuitive healer, years of training in energy work, licensed myomassologist; allowing compassion to express through her hands.

Feeling safe in your body.  Moving meditation (Qi Cong), and teaching body awareness processes; allowing deeper intimacy with yourself and creation.

Barbra White: transpersonal therapist, writer, and spiritual mentor; igniting hundreds. 



Payment and registration is required one week prior for food preparation.
