Shamanic Breath Work and Tantric Massage

Shamanic breath work is a powerful powerful intense life transforming process I would love for you to experience.   This process combines breath work, nature medicine, compassionate observation, self acceptance and a pressure point release process to help you access dimensions of yourself yet to be discovered.

After integrating and grounding the huge expansions from the Shamanic breath work, we utilize eco-psycholgical or shamanic nature meditations, Qi Cong and Tantric massage.

Tantric massage allows a deep sacred blessing of a woman’s body and  a reclaiming of her feminine essence in service to her dreams, life and Creation.

You can expect a very safe, comfortable, and supported facilitation. Deep reverence for your needs, boundaries, pace, and process will be held throughout the retreat.

Retreat is clothing optional and women only.
